Refund policy

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production partner. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, accidental purchases, or ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at christiandadjokes@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the entire item and the issue. If the package was damaged, please also include a photo of the packaging. Do not mail the item back unless we provide return instructions.

After reviewing an eligible claim, we will provide either a replacement at no additional charge or a refund to the original payment method. We will cover replacement shipping for approved claims.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived and tracking does not show it as delivered, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to confirm the delivery address and contact the shipping carrier before a replacement or refund is approved.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier. Contact us if you still cannot locate it, and we will review the situation.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only make changes or cancel an order before it enters production. Once production has started, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was unclaimed, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be resent.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Your Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
