Shipping policy
Order Processing and Production
Christian Dad Jokes products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping.
United States: Approximately 5–13 business days after the order is placed.
International destinations: Approximately 7–25 business days after the order is placed.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, product availability, and unusually high order volume may cause delays.
Shipping Locations
Orders are produced and shipped from Printful or one of its approved partner facilities. The fulfillment location is selected based on the product, availability, and delivery destination. Most United States orders are fulfilled within the United States when the product is available there.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders shipped within the United States. Any available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout. Shipping options may vary based on the products ordered and delivery destination.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.
Multiple Shipments
Items in the same order may sometimes be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be resent.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any fees not collected during checkout are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also extend the delivery time.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at christiandadjokes@gmail.com.
Packages believed to be lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows the package as delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier.
