Welcome to Christian Dad Jokes. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Christian Dad Jokes. We operate this website and online store, including its content, products, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, and settings.
Because our products are printed and made to order, slight variations in placement, color, or appearance may occur. These normal production variations are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, prices, designs, and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit available quantities at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order.
We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because products may enter production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or import fees. Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when available.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Estimated delivery times, shipping options, and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, product availability, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because the address was incorrect or incomplete or the package was unclaimed.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, accidental purchase, or selection of the wrong size, color, or design.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item.
Eligible claims may receive a replacement at no additional charge or a refund to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided to you by applicable consumer-protection law.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If an order is canceled after payment, an appropriate refund will be issued.

The Christian Dad Jokes name, logo, designs, illustrations, jokes, text, graphics, photographs, videos, website layout, and other original content are owned by Christian Dad Jokes or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Shopify’s name, trademarks, and services belong to Shopify. Other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Christian Dad Jokes is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and Services.
Purchases from our store are transactions directly between you and Christian Dad Jokes. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the products, order fulfillment, customer service, or transactions between you and Christian Dad Jokes.
